Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know. We operate a two stage complaints procedure.

Stage One :early resolution (will be handled by staff initially)

  • We will contact you and aim to resolve within 5 working days if we can
  • If you are not satisfied with the reposne you can ask us to consider your complaint at Stage Two
  • Stage Two : investigation (will be handled by management)

  • If you are not satisfied with Stage One response
  • Complex complaints will be dealt with under Stage Two
  • We will accknowledge receipt of these complaints within 3 working days
  • We will give you a response within 20 working days unless there is good reason for needing more time
  • NHS Inform produce information for patients about their rights and about how to use NHS services www.nhsinform.scot
