Community Link Worker Cheryl Wilson is currently working alongside the practice to offer a support service to patients. Cheryl can offer support to patients with social, emotional or needs which are non medical. This services is open to all patients registered with the practice and is confidential.
Cheryl can also point you in the right direction and help you find local services on a range of non medical topics to meet your needs and interests including:
- Money and benefit advice
- Debt management and budgeting
- Local activities and social groups
- Self help and support groups
- Care services and carers support groups
- Volunteering opportunities
- Getting back into work, training and education
